Karin Silverstone

Client:

Karin Silverstone is a Guelph artist who is exploring quilting patterns using found materials and a variety of papers to create the textured backgrounds for her landscapes. 

Theme:

Karin was interested in creating a website to show some of her work through the web. As a part-time artist (and part-time teacher), she was finding it difficult to show her painting to people who would be interested in her art.

Implementation:

Northern Village worked with Karin to find a good way to show the main themes and evolution of her work. The home page is a photo of one of her textured paintings, and the top part of the painting remains consistent throughout the website. Karin edits the content of her website using Village CMS.
