Forms for your Website

Electronic forms are a good way of getting the information you need to where you want it to go.

Northern Village uses a forms service called FormSpring, which gives a great deal of flexibility in terms of form creation, and what you can do with the data once it has been submitted.

Within the form, you can have:

• Different fields open up depending on how previous questions were answered.
• Have a customized look and feel to the form
• Send tailored emails to people who submit information
• Forms can be as simple as a contact form, or complex as a survey or an order form.

There is also considerable flexibility after the form is submitted, increased significantly by the different integrations that FormSpring has. What is possible includes:

• Send notification email to recipient based on selected fields (different names on a contact form, for instance)
• Have data be submitted to MailChimp if the "please keep me informed" checkbox has been checked. (And MailChimp verifies the user through its double opt-in process)
• Data can also be submitted to FreshBooks, Highrise or SalesForce.com
