The client

Active Conditioning & Performance Rehab (ACP Rehab) offers both one-on-one and small group injury rehab and strength & conditioning services in a comfortable, private setting. From active individuals through to the elite level athlete, ACP Rehab strives to help each and every client reach their optimal state of physical health and fitness.

Client goals

The clinic director's main goal was to shift from an old website which was not servicing the company's needs into one that was easy to update and more current. She wanted to incorporate a new design that reflected the company’s professional yet warm, comfortable setting boasting of positive energy. She also wanted to add access to a new blog that provided readers with tips on core fitness, strength & conditioning, injury prevention and healthy eating.

Implementation

Northern Village constructed the website using Village CMS, a content management system that allows you to effortlessly update your website whenever, and wherever, you want. We decided to use a new web publishing platform, Posterous, to fulfill ACP Rehab's blog request. You can quickly post anything online just by sending an e-mail to Posterous, which then replies instantly with your new blog. If you have a presence on Flickr, Facebook, or Twitter, you won't need to post to each of these manually if you are a member of Posterous. It will update all these communities when you send it an e-mail. The classy design was conceived by Khetha Web Design.
